17.04.2026 Hereby, JSC Rakurs Invest notifies that settlement of the transactions related to forced conversion of the securities of a foreign issuer certifying rights in relation to shares of an international company - CIAN PLC, American depositary receipt, ISIN US83418T1088 (hereinafter – ADR CIAN PLC) is completed. The holders of ADR CIAN PLC were entitled to apply for forced conversion in order to receive ordinary shares of  IJSC «CN» starting from December 15,2025 till April 14,2026 (inclusively)
